Payment Model
When renting virtual firewall you pay for additional cloud resources that the firewall uses, such as vCPU, RAM, public IP addresses, and external traffic. These resources are billed and charged separately according to the payment model and pricing of the product in which the firewall is deployed. cloud server either private or VMware-based public cloud.
Virtual firewalls are paid monthly according to the tariff plan, which determines the payment amount. The payment day is set on the day the firewall image is transmitted in the ticket, and the first paid month starts with it.
The date of the last payment and the monthly payment amount can be viewed in the control panels in the account menu (account number) → section Balance sheet and payments → Services.
When the paid month expires, the firewall is automatically extended for another month. If you no longer need the firewall, give it up.
Blocking of resources if there is not enough money on the balance
The cloud resource fee on which the firewall is deployed is not included in the firewall plan. It is charged every hour on a pay-as-you-go basis at the following prices cloud servers either private or VMware-based public cloud. If the balance is insufficient, resources are blocked and the firewall stops working. If the balance is not replenished within 14 days, the server on which the firewall is deployed will be deleted with no possibility of recovery.
If there are not enough funds on your balance at the time of debiting to pay the full tariff, the firewall will continue to work. You will receive a ticket reminding you to refill your balance.
If the money takes a long time or there is no possibility to replenish the balance, legal entities can defer payment up to five days.
