Manage monitoring metrics

Order additional metrics

  1. In the dashboard, from the top menu, click Products and select Monitoring.
  2. Click Order Metrics.
  3. Specify the required number of additional metrics in multiples of five.
  4. Click Pay for Service.

Add metric to favorites

  1. In the dashboard, from the top menu, click Products and select Monitoring.
  2. Open the Metrics tab.
  3. In the menu of the metric, click Add to Favorites. The metric will start showing in the Monitoring section of the Favorites tab.

Remove the metric from the weekly report

All metrics are added to the weekly report by email by  default. You can remove a metric from the report and add it to the report later.

  1. In the dashboard, from the top menu, click Products and select Monitoring.
  2. Open the Metrics tab.
  3. Open the metrics page → Settings tab.
  4. In the Statistics and Reports block, uncheck the Include in weekly email report checkbox.
  5. Click Save.

Add a metric to the weekly report

  1. In the dashboard, from the top menu, click Products and select Monitoring.
  2. Open the Metrics tab.
  3. Open the metrics page → Settings tab.
  4. In the Statistics and Reports block, check the Include in weekly email report checkbox.
  5. Click Save.

Disable metrics

Disabling a metric will not affect the payment for the service.The fee will continue to be charged monthly according to the number of metrics ordered until you disable their payment.

  1. In the dashboard, from the top menu, click Products and select Monitoring.
  2. Open the Metrics tab.
  3. In the metrics row, disable it.

Delete metric

Deleting a metric will not affect the payment for the service.The fee will continue to be charged monthly according to the number of metrics ordered until you disable their payment.

  1. In the dashboard, from the top menu, click Products and select Monitoring.
  2. Open the Metrics tab.
  3. On the menu of the metric, click Delete Metric.
  4. Click Delete.
