Network locks
Network locks
Traffic from some ports may be temporarily blocked to protect against malicious network activity. Blocking is imposed if:
- there's a lot of spam emails coming from the address;
- there have been complaints about the address;
- address has been detected in DNSBL spam lists;
- address blocked on demand Roskomnadzor.
You can look at these locks in the control panel.
Also some TCP/UDP ports locked by default.

-
In control panel go to Network services → Network incidents.
-
Open the tab Network locks. For each blocking, the socket and protocol, the blocking period, and the action on traffic that falls under the blocking conditions are specified:
discard
— traffic is blocked completely;rate limit
— traffic is bandwidth limited to a specified value (bytes per second).
To find out the reason for the blockage and possible actions to remove it, file a ticket.
If the address does not appear in blockers, but traffic is limited
-
Make sure:
- that the port is not locked by default;
- that the address is not blocked due to DDoS attack.
-
If there are no blockers on the address, but traffic is blocked or restricted, file a ticket.
