Relocate the area

You can move the zone to another project or another account.

To transfer all services to another account, use the Transfer Services to Another Account instructions.

Move the zone to another project⁠

  1. In the control panel, in the top menu, click Products and select DNS hosting.
  2. In the menu of the zone, select Transfer to another project.
  3. Select the project to which you want to move the zone.
  4. Click Transfer.

To transfer a zone to another account, create a ticket. In the ticket, specify:

  • name or zone ID, can be copied in the control panel: from the top menu, click Products → DNS hosting → zone page;
  • The ID of the project where the zone is located can be copied in the control panel: in the top menu, click Products → DNS hosting → open the projects menu (name of the current project) → in the project line, click ;
  • ID of the project to which you want to move the zone.
