Configure database disk autoscaling
Principle of operation
Autoscaling is available and enabled by default for Standard Line configuration databases, and can be enabled if required incorporate и turn off manually.
If the database disk is 80% full within 3 hours, a scaling task will be created to prevent down time. The disk will be scaled up by 15% of the current size, but not less than 20 GB.
The scaling task will appear in control panels: from the top menu, press Products → Ready cloud 1C → section Databases → database page → tab Maintenance and will be done as soon as possible service window.1C database disk enlargement in the control panel before scaling starts will cancel the task.
Autoscaling will turn off automatically if you change the configuration to HighFreq Line or when the maximum disk size reaches 1.23TB.
You cannot reduce the disk size after autoscaling, as this may compromise the integrity of the disk file system and data — you can create a new database with a smaller disk.
Enable autoscaling
- В control panels from the top menu, press Products → Ready cloud 1C → section Databases.
- Open the database page → tab Settings.
- On the line Disk Auto Scaling click .
- Check the box Enable.
- Click .
Turn off autoscaling
- В control panels from the top menu, press Products → Ready cloud 1C → section Databases.
- Open the database page → tab Settings.
- On the line Disk Auto Scaling click .
- Uncheck the box Enable.
- Click .
