General information about the Vulnerability Analysis service

Vulnerability analysis is the scanning of public IP addresses for vulnerabilities. A certified tool is used for scanning BC Scanner. Scanning is performed without disrupting the uptime and availability of the infrastructure.

The service allows to implement the requirements of FSTEC Orders No. 21 and No. 17 on identification and analysis of information system vulnerabilities (ANZ.1, ANZ.2, ZNI.3, ZNI.8, UPD.14).

You can activate the service for public IPv4 and IPv6 addresses in your Selectel account.

Principle of operation

You order a service and specify one or more public IP addresses to be scanned. We scan these addresses on a monthly basis and send you a report in ticket format pdf. The report contains a list of detected vulnerabilities and basic recommendations for fixing them.

Cost

The following is used to pay for the service depending on the type of balance in the account single balance or basic balance.

Vulnerability analysis is paid monthly, the cost of the service depends on the number of IP addresses for which the service is connected. The payment for the first month is debited on the day the service is activated. Further the service is automatically prolonged, the money is deducted from the balance on the first day of each following month.

To see the cost of the service for one IP-address, go to control panels under SafetySearch for vulnerabilities.
