Connect Global Connect

  1. Make sure you create and configure a private network through the global router.
  2. In Control Panel, go to Network Services → Global Connect.
  3. Click Service Order.
  4. Click Order.
  5. Select the bandwidth.
  6. Select the cloud to connect to.
  7. Enter the connection city — the country and city where your infrastructure is located in the selected cloud.
  8. Click Order.
  9. You will receive an automated ticket after ordering. In this ticket, wait for a Selectel employee to respond. He will clarify the details and instruct you on how to organize the connection. The maximum term of connection organization by Selectel is up to three working days.
  10. Configure network connectivity in the Global Cloud Platform dashboard. This is necessary for exchanging routing information and further traffic transfer. An example setup for the Amazon cloud is described in the blog article How to Set Up Global Connect in AWS Private Office.
