Connect Global Connect

  1. Make sure that you created and configured a private network through the global router.
  2. In control panel go to Network services → Global Connect.
  3. Click Order Services.
  4. Click Order.
  5. Select the bandwidth.
  6. Select the cloud to connect to.
  7. Enter the connection city — the country and city where your infrastructure is located in the selected cloud.
  8. Click Order.
  9. After ordering, you will receive an automated ticket. In this ticket, wait for a Selectel employee to respond. He will clarify the details and instruct you on how to organize the connection. The maximum time for Selectel to organize the connection is up to three working days.
  10. Configure network connectivity in the control panel of the global cloud platform. This is necessary for exchanging routing information and further traffic transfer.
