General information about the Vulnerability Scanner service

Last update:

Vulnerability Scanner is a service for scanning public IP addresses for vulnerabilities. Scanning is performed using the certified Scaner VS tool. Scanning is carried out without disrupting the performance or availability of your infrastructure.

The service allows you to meet the requirements of FSTEC Orders No. 21 and No. 17 regarding the identification and analysis of information system vulnerabilities (ANZ.1).

You can enable this service for public IPv4 and IPv6 addresses in your Selectel account.

How it works

You order the service and specify one or more public IP addresses to be scanned. We scan these addresses monthly and send a report in pdf format via a ticket. The report contains a list of detected vulnerabilities and basic recommendations for their remediation.

Pricing

To pay for the service, depending on the account balance type, a unified balance or main balance is used.

Vulnerability Scanner is billed monthly; the service cost depends on the number of IP addresses for which the service is enabled. The payment for the first month is charged on the day the service is activated. Subsequently, the service is renewed automatically, and funds are deducted from the balance on the first day of each following month.

You can view the cost of the service for a single IP address in the control panel: in the top menu, click Products and select Vulnerability Scanner.
