Veeam Cloud Connect payment model and prices
Balance
A single balance or master balance is used to pay for the Veeam Cloud Connect cloud repository.
You can pay for Veeam Cloud Connect with different types of funds: basic funds or bonuses.
Before ordering or setting up Veeam Cloud Connect, top up your balance.
To ensure you always have enough money in your balance, you can configure balance notifications and automatic balance replenishment.
Payment model
Veeam Cloud Connect is billed monthly. Once the first paid period ends, the monthly payment will be activated. If you no longer need the service, disable the monthly payment.
You can view your paid services in the control panel: in the top menu, click Billing → Services.
A free 14-day trial is available.
Blocking resources if there is insufficient balance
If there are insufficient funds on your balance to pay for the next billing period, data in the cloud repository will be stored for 30 calendar days. If no payment is received, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
To restore access, top up your balance and pay for the service.
Pricing
The service cost depends on:
- the number of backup sources (virtual machines, workstations, physical servers);
- the amount of allocated space in the cloud repository.
Traffic is free of charge.
You can view prices per backup source unit and repository space on selectel.ru.
Accounting documents
After payment, you can receive accounting documents.
