# Reset the Veeam Service Provider Console password

1. On the portal authorization page [Veeam Service Provider Console](https://vac.selectel.ru) click **Forgot password**.
2. Enter the login (it can be found in the [service order ticket](/veeam-agent/connect-veeam-agent.mdx#order-service)).
3. Enter the email address provided in your user profile.
4. Click **Reset**. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
5. Follow the **Reset Password** link from the email.
6. Enter a new password and click **Save**.
