# Authorization on the Veeam Service Provider Console portal

We provide a login and password for authorization in a ticket when [ordering the service](/veeam-agent/connect-veeam-agent.mdx#order-service).

1. In your browser, open the [Veeam Service Provider Console](https://vac.selectel.ru) portal.
2. In the **Username** field, enter your login in the `Company\User` format.
3. In the **Password** field, enter the password.
