Agent-based backup is paid for using either a single balance or a master balance.

You can pay for agent-based backup using different types of funds: basic funds or bonuses.

Before ordering or setting up agent-based backup, top up your balance.

To ensure there is always enough money on your balance, you can configure balance notifications and automatic balance top-up.

Payment model

Agent-based backup is billed once a month. When the first paid period ends, the monthly payment will be activated. If you no longer need the service, disable the monthly payment.

You can view your already paid services in the control panel: in the top menu, click Billing → Services.

Resource blocking if there are insufficient funds on the balance

If there are not enough funds on your balance to pay for the next billing period, backups will be suspended. Data in the cloud repository will be stored for 30 calendar days. If no funds are received, all data will be deleted without the possibility of recovery.

To restore access, top up your balance and pay for the service.

Pricing

Service costs depend on:

  • the number of Veeam Agent Server Edition licenses (number of agents). Licensing is carried out automatically on the provider side. The licensing and payment periods for the service are the same;
  • the amount of allocated space in the cloud repository.

Traffic is free of charge.
