Disable or delete a user

The Account Owner and users with the role of iam_admin.

A control panel user can only be deleted.A service user can be disabled or deleted.

Delete user

  1. In the control panel, on the top menu, click Account.

  2. Go to the section with the desired user type:

    • Users — for users with access to the control panel;
    • Service users — for service users.

  3. From the user's menu, click Delete.

  4. Enter the user's email for confirmation.

  5. Click Delete.

Disconnect the service user

A disabled user will not be able to log in with their credentials. You can enable a user at any time.

  1. In the control panel, on the top menu, click Account.
  2. Go to the Service Users section.
  3. In the row with the user in the Status column, turn off the toggle switch.
