Veeam Cloud Connect payment and pricing model
Balance
Veeam Cloud Connect uses a single balance or a master balance to pay for Veeam Cloud Connect cloud repository.
You can pay for Veeam Cloud Connect with different types of funds: basic funds, bonuses.
Before ordering or configuring Veeam Cloud Connect , replenish your balance.
You can set up balance notifications and auto-replenishment to ensure that you always have enough money on your balance.
Payment Model
Veeam Cloud Connect is paid once a month. When the first paid period ends, the monthly payment will be activated. If the service is no longer required, deactivate the monthly payment.
You can view already paid services in the control panel:
- From the top menu, click Billing → Services;
- or in the top menu, click Infrastructure → Upcoming Payments block.
Free testing for 14 days is provided.
Blocking of resources if there is not enough money on the balance
If there is not enough money in the balance to pay for the next billing period, the data in the cloud repository will be stored for 30 calendar days.If the money is not received, all data will be deleted without the possibility of recovery.
To restore access , top up your balance and pay for the service.
Prices
The cost of the service is influenced by:
- number of backup sources (virtual machines, workstations, physical servers);
- the amount of space allocated in the cloud repository.
Traffic is not charged.
