Reset password

  1. On the Veeam Service Provider Console portal authorization page, click Forgot password.
  2. Enter login (can be viewed in service order ticket).
  3. Enter the e-mail address provided in your user profile.
  4. Press Reset. An email will arrive with instructions on how to reset your password.
  5. Follow the Reset Password link from the email.
  6. Enter the new password and click Save.
