Reset password

  1. On the portal authorization page Veeam Service Provider Console click Forgot password.
  2. Enter your login (can be found in service order ticket).
  3. Enter the e-mail address provided in your user profile.
  4. Click Reset. An email will arrive with instructions on how to reset your password.
  5. Follow this link Reset Password From the letter.
  6. Enter a new password and press Save.
