Manage alerts

To see a description of all alerts, please refer to the Alarms manual in the Veeam documentation.

Enable notification

  1. In the Veeam Service Provider Console portal, click Configuration in the upper right corner.
  2. Go to Alarms Management. All available alerts are listed. The alerts on the gray background are off.
  3. Mark the alert and press Enable.

Set up an alert

  1. In the Veeam Service Provider Console portal, click Configuration in the upper right corner.
  2. Go to Alarms Management.
  3. Mark the alert and press Edit.
  4. Make the changes.
  5. Press Finish.

View active alerts

By default, alerts are sent to users mail of the Location Administrators, Company Administrators and Company Owner types. Make sure you have the correct e-mail address in your user settings.

  1. On the Veeam Service Provider Console, go to MonitoringActive Alarms.
  2. Check out the active alerts. You can resolve them or delete them.

Turn off notification

  1. In the Veeam Service Provider Console portal, click Configuration in the upper right corner.
  2. Go to Alarms Management. All available alerts are listed. Alerts on a white background — enabled.
  3. Check the alert and press Disable.
