Manage alerts
To see a description of all alerts, please refer to the Alarms manual in the Veeam documentation.
Enable notification
- In the Veeam Service Provider Console portal, click Configuration in the upper right corner.
- Go to Alarms Management. All available alerts are listed. The alerts on the gray background are off.
- Mark the alert and press Enable.
Set up an alert
- In the Veeam Service Provider Console portal, click Configuration in the upper right corner.
- Go to Alarms Management.
- Mark the alert and press Edit.
- Make the changes.
- Press Finish.
View active alerts
By default, alerts are sent to users mail of the Location Administrators, Company Administrators and Company Owner types. Make sure you have the correct e-mail address in your user settings.
- On the Veeam Service Provider Console, go to Monitoring → Active Alarms.
- Check out the active alerts. You can resolve them or delete them.
Turn off notification
- In the Veeam Service Provider Console portal, click Configuration in the upper right corner.
- Go to Alarms Management. All available alerts are listed. Alerts on a white background — enabled.
- Check the alert and press Disable.
