Manage alerts

Enable notification

  1. On the portal Veeam Service Provider Console in the upper right corner, press Configuration.
  2. Go to the section Alarms Management. All available alerts are listed. Alerts with a gray background are disabled.
  3. Mark the alert and press Enable.

Customize notification

  1. On the portal Veeam Service Provider Console in the upper right corner, press Configuration.
  2. Go to the section Alarms Management.
  3. Mark the alert and press Edit.
  4. Make the changes.
  5. Click Finish.

View active alerts

By default, alerts are sent to the mail users Location Administrators, Company Administrators, and Company Owner. Make sure that the correct e-mail address is specified in the user settings.

  1. On the portal Veeam Service Provider Console go to MonitoringActive Alarms.
  2. Look at the active alerts. You can resolve or delete them.

Turn off the notification

  1. On the portal Veeam Service Provider Console in the upper right corner, press Configuration.
  2. Go to the section Alarms Management. All available alerts are listed. Alerts with a white background are enabled.
  3. Mark the alert and press Disable.
