Manage alerts
To see a description of all alerts, see the instructions Alarms Veeam documentation.
Enable notification
- On the portal Veeam Service Provider Console in the upper right corner, press Configuration.
- Go to the section Alarms Management. All available alerts are listed. Alerts with a gray background are disabled.
- Mark the alert and press Enable.
Customize notification
- On the portal Veeam Service Provider Console in the upper right corner, press Configuration.
- Go to the section Alarms Management.
- Mark the alert and press Edit.
- Make the changes.
- Click Finish.
View active alerts
By default, alerts are sent to the mail users Location Administrators, Company Administrators, and Company Owner. Make sure that the correct e-mail address is specified in the user settings.
- On the portal Veeam Service Provider Console go to Monitoring → Active Alarms.
- Look at the active alerts. You can resolve or delete them.
Turn off the notification
- On the portal Veeam Service Provider Console in the upper right corner, press Configuration.
- Go to the section Alarms Management. All available alerts are listed. Alerts with a white background are enabled.
- Mark the alert and press Disable.
