Payment model and prices for backup by agents
Balance
Agents use united-balance or basic-balance to pay for backups.
You can pay for agent backups with different types of funds: basic funds, bonuses or VK bonuses.
Before ordering or setting up agent backups top-up balance.
You can set up balance notifications and auto-replenishment to ensure that you always have enough money in your balance.
Payment Model
Backups by agents are paid for once a month. When the first paid period ends, the monthly payment will be activated. If the service is no longer needed, disconnect the monthly payment.
You can view the services you have already paid for:
- in Control Panel under Balance and Payments → Services tab;
- on the dashboard home page under Pending Payments.
Block resources if there is not enough money in the balance
If there is not enough money in the balance to pay for the next billing period, the backup is suspended. The data in the cloud repository will be stored for 30 calendar days. If the money is not received, all data will be deleted with no possibility of recovery.
To restore access, top-up balance and pay for the service.
Prices
The cost of the service is influenced by:
- number of Veeam Agent Server Edition licenses (number of agents). Licensing is performed automatically on the provider side. The licensing and fee period for the service coincide;
- the amount of space allocated in the cloud repository.
Traffic is not charged.
