Payment model and prices for backup by agents
Balance
To pay for backups by agents, the following is used single balance or basic balance.
There are different ways to pay for backup by agents types of funds: basic funds, bonuses or VC bonuses.
Before ordering or configuring agent backups top up.
To always have enough money on your balance, you can set up balance notices и autoreplenishment.
Payment Model
Backup by agents is paid once a month. When the first paid period ends, the monthly payment will be activated. If the service is no longer required, deactivate the monthly payment.
You can view the services you have already paid for:
- в control panels under Balance sheet and payments → tab Services;
- on the home page control panels en bloc Upcoming payments.
Blocking of resources if there is not enough money on the balance
If there is not enough money in your balance to pay for the next billing period, the backup will be suspended. The data in the cloud repository will be stored for 30 calendar days. If the money is not received, all data will be deleted without the possibility of recovery.

Prices
The cost of the service is influenced by:
- number of Veeam Agent Server Edition licenses (number of agents). Licensing is performed automatically on the provider's side. The licensing and payment periods coincide;
- the amount of space allocated in the cloud repository.
Traffic is not charged.
