Quick start

  1. Create a mobile farm.
  2. Start testing.
  3. Finalize the device.

1. Create a mobile farm

  1. In the dashboard, from the top menu, click Products and select Mobile Farm.

  2. Go to the Farms section.

  3. Click Create Farm.

  4. Enter a name for the farm. It will only be displayed in the control panel.

  5. Select the number of required devices in the farm.

  6. If you need a device that isn't on the list, create a ticket and we'll look into adding it.

  7. In the Price block, select a tariff plan:

    • minute;
    • hour.
  8. Click Create Farm. The devices will be ready to work when their status in the farm changes to ACTIVE.

2. Start testing

We don't recommend it:

  • disable the USB Debug mode;
  • delete the STFservice application.

If you perform one of these actions by mistake, the device stops transmitting data to your screen and becomes inaccessible. To resume working with your device, create a ticket.

  1. In the dashboard, from the top menu, click Products and select Mobile Farm.
  2. Go to the Farms section.
  3. Open the mobile farm page.
  4. Click on the serial number of the device. For other users in your mobile farm, the device will have a BUSY status — they will not be able to use the device.
  5. Open the Applications tab.
  6. Select the application file or transfer it to the download area.
  7. The application will appear in the device management window.

3. Finalize the device

When you're done testing the app on your mobile device, finalize the app so that the device is available to other users in your mobile farm.

All installed applications will remain on the device when you are finished. If necessary, uninstall them yourself before finalizing the device. Screenshots and logs will be automatically deleted.

To finalize your device, go to another page. For example, return to the Mobile Farm page.

If you and other mobile farm users no longer plan to use the device, you can remove it from the mobile farm.
