Payment model and mobile farm prices

Balance⁠

A single balance or a primary balance is used to pay for the mobile farm depending on the type of balances in the account.

You can pay for the mobile farm with different types of funds: basic funds, bonuses.

Top up your balance before paying.

Payment Model⁠

When creating a mobile farm, you need to select a tariff plan for it. It determines the minimum chargeable period and the payment amount.

The first tariff period starts when the mobile device is added to the mobile farm. You can change the tariff plan if necessary. When the tariff period ends, the mobile farm is automatically extended for the same period.

The pay-as-you-go payment model is used for the mobile farm. Your balance is debited every hour for the previous hour of mobile farm devices. All mobile farm devices are paid for, even if you do not use them. If you no longer need the mobile farm device, remove the device.

For example, if you ordered a mobile device with a 1 minute plan at 12:20pm and removed the device at 12:50pm, you will be charged for 30 minutes of usage at 1:00pm.

Types of tariff plans⁠

  • 1 minute;
  • 1 hour.

Change tariff plan⁠

  1. In the dashboard, from the top menu, click Products and select Mobile Farm.
  2. Go to the Farms section.
  3. From the menu of the farm card, select Change Charging.
  4. Select a rate plan.
  5. Click Save Changes.

Blocking if there are insufficient funds on the balance⁠

If at the moment of debiting the balance is insufficient for full payment, all devices of the mobile farm are immediately blocked and deleted without the possibility of recovery.Projects are not blocked or deleted — you can delete the entire project or resources via API.

You can set up balance notifications so you don't miss recharges.

Prices⁠

The price of mobile farm devices is the same for all devices and does not depend on the manufacturer and operating system. You can view the price in the control panel when you create a mobile farm or add a device to the mobile farm.
