Ready-made 1C cloud: quick start
- Select 1C server cluster configuration.
- Select the database configuration.
- Create resources.
- Activate licenses.
- Set the name of the information base.
- Download the configuration.
- Connect to 1C.
Select 1C server cluster configuration

In control panels go to Ready cloud 1C → Information bases.

Click Create an information base.

Select Create a new cluster.

Enter a name for the cluster. It will only appear in the control panel.

In the fields Region and Poole select region and pool where the cluster will be established.

Select the 1C:Enterprise version. If the required version is not in the list, file a ticket and we will consider adding it to the list.

Select a cluster configuration:
- fixed — with fixed resource ratios of up to 12 vCPUs, 128 GB RAM, and 1 TB of local disk capacity;
- arbitrary — select any resource ratio up to 12 vCPUs, 128 GB RAM and 1 TB of local disk space.
90% of the selected amount of RAM is used to run the cluster, the remaining 10% is reserved for the Apache web server, which is responsible for serving web publishing of information bases.

Click Continue.
Select the database configuration

Click Create a new base.

Enter a name for the database. It will only be used in the control panel.

Select the database configuration:
- fixed — configuration range Standard or HighFreq, fixed resource ratio of up to 24 vCPUs, 208 GB RAM and 2 TB of local disk space;
- arbitrary — select any resource ratio up to 20 vCPUs, 256 GB RAM and 1.23 TB of local disk space.

Optional: to create a database replica, in the block Fault tolerance check the box Add a cue. In case the master node is unavailable, the replica will take over its role and the database will operate normally.

Click Continue.
Create resources

In the block Price:
1.1 Check the total cost of the selected 1C server cluster and database configurations.
1.2. Press Create resources. When the cluster statuses of the 1C servers and database change to
ACTIVE
, the cluster and database will be ready to create an information base. -
Click Continue.
Activate licenses
One 1C server cluster requires one server license and at least one user license. You can rent licenses from us or activate your own licenses. Temporary free licenses and Server MINI license are not supported.

Activate your own licenses
- In the block License rental click Create an application.
- If you need user licenses, specify the number of user licenses.
- If you need a server license, check the checkbox Server license.
- Select the license edition — PROF or CORP.
- Select the required 1C configurations.
- Click Create an application. We will create a ticket with details and activate licenses on your cluster on working days from 9:00 to 18:00 Moscow time.
- Click Continue.
If you activate the license again, the data must be exactly the same as you entered during the first activation. If you activate the license for the first time, save the data you entered during activation — for example, take a screenshot.
To activate, you can enter the license registration data or use the activation command.

Use the activation command
- In the block License activation click Activate license.
- Click Registration data.
- Enter the kit number (license registration number).
- Enter the PIN code. If you have already activated this license, use the following PIN code from the kit.
- If you are using the next PIN code in the set, enter the previous PIN code — the one you used during the previous activation. If you are activating the license for the first time, leave the field blank.
- Select the type of owner -Company or Private person.
- If you've chosen the owner's view Company, enter the name of the organization.
- Enter the full name of the license holder — for example, a company employee responsible for 1C.
- Enter the email to which the PIN code will be activated. This email can be used to data acquisition about the license holder and the status of PIN codes, as well as for obtaining backup PIN codes.
- Provide a mailing address for paper correspondence.
- Click Activate licenses.
- If you need to activate another license, go back to step 1.
- Click Continue.

In the block License activation click Activate license.

Click Activation command.

Enter the activation command, for example:

Click Activate licenses.

If you need to activate another license, go back to step 1.

Click Continue.
Set the name of the information base

Enter the name of the information base.

Click Create an information base. When the status of the information database changes to
ACTIVE
and the information base will be ready by configuration loading.
Download the configuration
The file to be uploaded must be in the format .dt
, up to a maximum of 5 GB. If you need to download a file larger than 5 GB, file a ticket.
Base version configurations are not supported.

In control panels go to Ready cloud 1C → Information bases.

Open the information base page → tab Configuration.

In the block Loading 1C configuration select Custom configuration.

Download the information base file.

Click Download configuration.

- Open the connection address in your browser, you can look in the control panels under Ready cloud 1C → Information bases → information base page → tab Connection → block Thin Client / WEB.
- Authorize 1C.
- Set up connection to 1C.
- If you are connecting over a private network from the Selectel infrastructure, connect to a cloud server on which the thin client is installed.
- Open the thin client.
- Open the information base.
- Authorize 1C.
- Set up connection to 1C.
- If you are connecting over a private network from the Selectel infrastructure, connect to a cloud server that has a fat client installed on it.
- Open the thick client.
- Open the information base.
- Authorize 1C.
