Configure 1C server cluster disk autoscaling

Principle of operation

Autoscaling is available and enabled by default for 1C server clusters fixed configuration of the Standard line and arbitrary configuration If necessary, it can be incorporate и turn off manually.

If the disk of the 1C server cluster is 80% full within 3 hours, a scaling task will be created to prevent down time. The disk will be scaled up by 15% of the current size, but not less than 20 GB.

The scaling task will appear in control panels: from the top menu, press ProductsReady cloud 1C → section 1C server cluster → cluster page → tab Maintenance and will be done as soon as possible service window.Increase disk size of 1C server cluster in the control panel before scaling starts will cancel the task.

Auto Zoom will turn off automatically if you replace the configuration to the HighFreq lineup or when the maximum disk size reaches 1TB.

You cannot reduce the disk size after autoscaling, as this may compromise the integrity of the disk file system and data — you can create a new cluster of 1C servers with a smaller disk.
