Manage debug mode

Before starting debugging, enable debug mode on the 1C server cluster. For debugging in Managed 1C Cloud, the HTTP protocol is used on the cluster side.

After enabling and disabling debug mode, the 1C server cluster will be restarted. We recommend scheduling maintenance during periods of minimal cluster load and locking sessions for the associated infobases.

Enable debug mode

enabled debug mode consumes some of the cluster's RAM; we do not recommend enabling it during periods of high cluster load.

  1. In the control panel, from the top menu, click Products and select Managed 1C Cloud.
  2. Go to the 1C server clusters section.
  3. Open the cluster page → Settings tab.
  4. Turn on the Debug mode toggle switch.
  5. Click Save. The cluster will be restarted, and all current connections to its infobases will be terminated. Once the cluster status changes to ACTIVE, you can connect to 1C in debug mode. Use the HTTP protocol and port 1550 to connect.
  6. Optional: once debugging is complete, disable debug mode to reduce the load on the cluster.

Disable debug mode

  1. In the control panel, from the top menu, click Products and select Managed 1C Cloud.
  2. Go to the 1C server clusters section.
  3. Open the cluster page → Settings tab.
  4. Turn off the Debug mode toggle switch.
  5. Click Save. The cluster will be restarted, and all current connections to its infobases will be terminated. Once the cluster status changes to ACTIVE, you can again connect to 1C.
