Maintenance window

Maintenance window — a period of time during the day when automatic maintenance actions can be started for your 1C server cluster.

If maintenance is scheduled for a cluster of 1C servers, during the maintenance window, the cluster goes into the status MAINTENANCE. Cluster maintenance takes up to an hour, during which time the cluster operates normally and is accessible over the network, but can be rebooted. Cluster scaling is not available during maintenance.

If maintenance cannot be performed — for example, the cluster was in the process of scaling up during the entire maintenance window, the maintenance will be carried over to the next window.

At creating a cluster of 1C servers in the control panel, the maintenance window defaults to 4 to 5 a.m. in your time zone. You can customize the service window for a cluster that's already running.
