Payment model and prices of 1C cloud ready solution
Balance
The balance used depends on the type of balances in your account. If your account has single balance then the fee for the ready-made 1C cloud, including license rent, is deducted from it. If in your account balances by type of service then the payment for cloud platform resources is deducted from the cloud platform balance sheet, and the payment for 1C license rent is deducted from the main balance sheet.
You can pay for the ready-made 1C cloud in different ways types of funds: basic funds, bonuses or VC bonuses.

Payment Model
In a cloud ready 1C pay-as-you-go environment:
- cloud platform resources — configuration of 1C server cluster, configuration of PostgreSQL database cluster, volume of created backup copies of information bases;
- 1C server and user licenses if you lease them from us.
Cloud platform resources are paid for using the pay-as-you-go payment model. Every hour the balance is debited for the previous hour of usage cloud platform resources.
1C licenses are paid monthly according to the tariff plan. The first paid month starts from the day of license activation, then the fee is automatically deducted at the beginning of each following month.
Internal and external traffic is not charged.
Blocking resources if there are insufficient funds in the balance
If there are insufficient funds on the balance sheet at the time of the write-off to pay, all cloud platform resources will be automatically blocked and will continue to be charged.
To regain access to resources, you must top up by the amount of the debt within 14 days after the blocking. The debt for resources that were charged during the blocking period will be automatically repaid. Projects are not blocked — you can delete the entire project or resources via API.
If you don't top up the balance by the amount owed, the resources will be deleted:
- 1C server clusters and database clusters — 14 days after blocking;
- backup copies of information bases — 30 days after blocking.
Projects are not deleted.

View Consumption
To see the cost of your infrastructure, consumption and payment for resources, go to control panels under Cloud platform → Platform consumption.
Present value
Present value is the amount of money that the current cloud infrastructure configuration consumes per month, day, or hour.
The current cost can be viewed at control panels under Cloud platform → Platform consumption → tab Present value. You can see the value of specific projects, resources or pools.
Infrastructure cost data is updated every hour. They are displayed in the Dashboard 5-35 minutes after the actual change in infrastructure and its cost. Recently deleted resources can continue to be displayed in the dashboard until the next data update. In this case, resources are no longer charged from the next hour after deletion.
Consumption and payment schedules
Consumption and payment schedules for resources can be viewed in the control panels under Cloud platform → Platform consumption → tab Schedule of Expenditures.
You can see the consumption and payment of specific projects, resources or pools, and sort them by time period.
To upload consumption and payment details in the format of .csv, press Download CSV and select how the rows will be grouped in the upload (by hours, days, weeks, months, years).
All of them resource locks are displayed on consumption schedules and payment schedules (tabs Consumed and Paid).
