Pick up the equipment from the location

If you cancel the service before the end of the paid period, you can refund only for full unused months.

  1. В control panels go to Servers and hardware → Equipment placement.
  2. In the server card, expand the menu (⋮).
  3. Click Deactivate payment. The service will be disconnected automatically when the paid period expires. After that the server will be dismantled and moved to the warehouse. If you need to dismantle the server earlier, file a ticket.
  4. Order a pass to visit the data center and pick up the server. The equipment is stored free of charge for one month after the end of the paid period. Then 30% of the cost of placement is charged monthly.
