Change the IP address on the network interface

For your information

If you change the network settings for the WAN interface, access to the firewall is lost.

1. In the GUI main menu, go to Interfaces → Assignments.
2. Open the Interface Assignments tab.
3. Click the name of the network interface.
4. Check the Enable interface checkbox to enable the interface.
5. Under Static IPv4 Configuration, enter IPv4 Address.
6. Optional: Make changes to the network interface settings.
7. Press Save.
8. Click Apply Changes to apply the configuration.
