Copy data from the server via Rescue using SFTP protocol
SFTP is an application layer file transfer protocol, and works on top of the reliable and secure SSH.
- Make sure you have an SFTP client installed. For example, FileZilla.
- Boot the server in Rescue and Diagnostic mode.
- Mount the OS file system.
- Connect to the server using an SFTP client. The connection process depends on the selected client.
- Copy data from the server.
- Bring back the old server loading template or reboot the server from the OS. When you reboot the server from the OS, the boot template will automatically change to the one that was set before changes to the server load pattern.
