Give up a dedicated server

If not abandoned by the last day of the paid period, the server and its additional services are automatically renewed and continue to be charged. You can only get a refund for full unused months. Read more in the document Terms of use of individual services: provision of a dedicated server and a dedicated server of arbitrary configuration.

  1. В control panels go to Servers and hardware → Servers.
  2. In the list, find the card of the server you want to cancel.
  3. On the menu. of the server card, selectRefuse to rent a server.
  4. When the paid period expires, the server will be removed from the list of your servers in the control panels. Data on the server will also be deleted: HDD disks will be overwritten with zeros, and SSD (SATA and NVMe) disks will run Secure Erase, a built-in wiping function.
