Change the storage LUN size

It may take one to three business days to change the storage LUN capacity.

If the LUN volume changes, the cost will be recalculated. The balance will be refunded for the unused period of the LUN with the old volume and the money for the LUN with the new volume will be charged again.

  1. In Control Panel, go to Servers and colocation → LUN Storage.
  2. From the ( ) LUN menu, select Change Volume.
  3. Specify a new value for the LUN size in TB.
  4. Click Save. We will create and submit a ticket requesting a LUN volume change. Wait for a response in the ticket.
