If the Colocation service is no longer required in the certified data center segment, you must:
- disable dedicated server;
- to give up the firewall;
- disable additional safety features. To do so, create a ticket.
The dedicated server will be available until the end of the paid period. After the end of the paid period, we will dismantle the server. The data on the server will be deleted automatically and cannot be restored. Upon request, we will provide a "Certificate of Information Destruction" to confirm the deletion of all information.
When a server is shut down, optional services will also be shut down, including Colocation in an certified data center segment.
