By default, traffic is accounted for using a traffic consumption model with a fixed bandwidth (100 Mbps channel and unlimited traffic). You can change the traffic consumption model after the equipment is installed.
2. Prepare documents and details
To colocate equipment, two documents must be signed:
- "Communication services terms and conditions" for your account type, if you are colocating equipment for the first time. If you have previously signed the "Communication services terms and conditions" for colocation, you do not need to do so again;
- "Delivery and acceptance form.".
You can sign the documents in any way convenient for you:
- in person at the data center when transferring the equipment. The engineering and technical department will prepare the documents for your arrival at the data center;
- via the electronic document management (EDM) system for business accounts. Ensure that all company details are filled out in the control panel. You can change company details if necessary;
- in advance on paper. To do this, print the documents, sign them in two copies, and provide them along with the equipment.
The documents and details required to prepare for equipment transfer depend on the account type:
Personal account
Business account
-
passport of the person responsible for transferring the equipment to the data center and signing documents;
-
if the equipment is being transferred by an authorized representative, a power of attorney from the customer and a copy of the customer's passport are required;
-
Delivery and acceptance form. If signing the form in advance, specify:
- user agreement number — this is your account number, which can be viewed in the top right corner of the control panel;
- date of the user agreement — this is the account registration date. To find out the registration date, create a ticket.
3. Prepare equipment for colocation
