Payment for Colocation

Last update:

Colocation and all additional services are paid from the main or bonus balance according to the tariff plan. To pay for the service, top up the main balance. Read more about payment in the Terms of Use.

Prices for colocation depend on the selected data center.

After payment, you can receive accounting documents.

Upon expiration of the paid period, the colocation service and additional services are automatically renewed using funds from the main balance. To stop being charged, cancel colocation.

Charges occur monthly.

At the end of each month, you will receive a notification about the upcoming debit.

The soft grace period (a period of service provision after the end of the paid period, during which the service is provided in full) is 96 hours. The hard grace period (a period of service provision after the end of the paid period and the soft grace period, during which network access to the hardware is blocked, but the hardware itself is not turned off) ends 240 hours after the end of the paid period.

If payment is not received on the main balance during the hard grace period, we will power down the hardware, dismount it, and move it to a temporary storage warehouse.

The cost of storing hardware in the warehouse is 30% of the monthly subscription fee for each month of storage.
