Give up the virtual firewall

If you do not cancel your firewall before the last day of the paid period, it will automatically renew and will continue to be charged.

When the firewall is disabled, all infrastructure protected by the firewall will be unavailable. To avoid an outage, preemptively reconfigure traffic to bypass the firewall.

After the disconnect, you will no longer be charged only for renting the firewall image. Cloud resources on which the image was deployed, such as vCPU and RAM servers, public IP addresses, will continue to be charged according to the payment model and prices cloud server either private or VMware-based public cloud. You need to remove them yourself.

Give up the virtual firewall⁠

  1. В control panels open the account menu in the upper right corner and select the item Balance sheet and payments.
  2. Go to the section Services.
  3. Open the service page UserGate VE certified firewall.
  4. On the menu. select Deactivate monthly payment.
  5. Click Deactivate payment. The firewall will run until the end of the paid period, at which time you can resume service.

Resume service⁠

  1. В control panels open the account menu in the upper right corner and select the item Balance sheet and payments.
  2. Go to the section Services.
  3. Open the service page UserGate VE certified firewall.
  4. If the status of the service is anything other than Activeyou can't restore the service. Order a firewall all over again.
  5. If the status of the service Activein the menu. select Include monthly payment.
  6. Click Enable payment. The first payment will be debited when the remaining paid period ends.
