Do away with the hardware firewall

If you do not cancel your firewall before the last day of the paid period, it will automatically renew and will continue to be charged. You can only get a refund for full unused months. Read more in Terms of use of network equipment.

When the firewall is disabled, all infrastructure protected by the firewall will be unavailable. To avoid an outage, preemptively reconfigure traffic to bypass the firewall.

Do away with the hardware firewall⁠

  1. В control panels go to Servers and hardware → Firewalls.
  2. On the menu. of the firewall, select Refuse to rent a firewall.
  3. Select the reason for rejection.
  4. Enter the name of the firewall.
  5. Click Cancel the lease. The firewall will run until the end of the paid period, at which time you can resume service with the settings still intact.
  6. If the firewall was paid for more than one month and you want a refund for the full unused months, file a ticket.

Resume service⁠

  1. В control panels go to Servers and hardware → Firewalls.
  2. If the firewall is not in the list, it means that the remaining balance of the paid perod has expired and it has been deleted. Order a firewall again and make the setting.
  3. If the firewall is in the list, in its menu select Renew your lease.
  4. Choose a plan — 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
  5. Click Renew your lease. The first payment will be debited when the remaining paid period ends.
