View the status of a web resource

  1. In the Control panel, on the top menu, click Products and select Web Resources.

  2. In the web resource line, look at the status. If the resource is stuck in one of the statuses, create a ticket.

    ACTIVEThe web resource is up and running and available for modification
    UPDATINGThe web resource is updated after changes are made
    ERRORAn error occurred in the work of the web resource. To fix the error, create a ticket
    DELETINGThe web resource is being deleted
    DELETE_ERRORAn error occurred while deleting a web resource. To delete a resource, create a ticket
