View mailing statistics

If more than one domain is added to a resource, statistics is displayed without domain breakdown.

  1. В control panels from the top menu, press Products and select Postal service.

  2. Open the resource page → tab Statistics.

  3. Look at the metrics available:

    • Total messages processed — total number of mails sent. All letters, including copies and hidden copies, are taken into account;
    • Successfully delivered — number of successfully delivered letters. Copies and hidden copies are not counted;
    • Not delivered — number of undelivered letters. Copies and hidden copies are not counted.

    If you specify recipients in the copy when sending, the number in the field Total messages processed will exceed the sum of successfully delivered and undelivered.

  4. Optional: select the period for which you want to view statistics.

  5. Optional: to see detailed statistics of the resource's mailing lists, use Mail service API. Displays the total statistics of the resource's mailing lists, with no breakdown by domain.
