Move the resource

You can move the resource to another project or another account.

To transfer all services to a different account, use the following instructions Transfer services to another account.

Move the resource to another project⁠

  1. В control panels go to Postal service → Postal service.
  2. On the menu. resource select Transfer to another project.
  3. Select the project to which you want to migrate the resource.
  4. Click Transfer.

Move a resource to another account⁠

To move a resource to another account, file a ticket. In the ticket, specify:

  • resource name or ID, can be copied to the control panels: go to the section Postal service → Postal service → in the resource bar, click ;
  • The project ID in the account in which the resource is located can be copied into the control panels: section Postal service → open the project menu (name of the current project) → in the line of the desired project, click ;
  • The ID of the project in the account to which you want to move the resource.
