Global router status

  1. In Control Panel, go to Network ServicesSelectel Global Router.
  2. Look at the status in the global router line.

If the router is hung in one of the statuses, create a ticket.

CREATINGRouter is created
IMMUTABLERouter is created with non-standard settings.
To change the settings of such a router, its network or static routes, create a ticket
UPDATINGRouter is updated
DELETINGRouter is deleted
DELETEDRouter is completely deleted
ERRORRouter is running with an error. To correct the error, create a ticket
