Global router status

  1. In the Control Panel, on the top menu, click Products and select Global Router.

  2. Look at the status in the global router line.

    If the router hangs in one of the statuses, create a ticket.

    CREATINGA router is created
    IMMUTABLEThe router is built with non-standard settings.
    To change the settings of such a router, its network or static routes, create a ticket
    UPDATINGThe router is being upgraded
    DELETINGThe router is being removed
    DELETEDThe router has been completely removed
    ERRORThe router is working with an error. To fix the error, create a ticket
