Global router status

  1. In control panel go to Network servicesSelectel Global Router.
  2. Look at the status in the global router line.

If the router is hung in one of the statuses, file a ticket.

CREATINGA router is created
IMMUTABLEThe router is built with non-standard settings.
To change the settings of such a router, its networks or static routes, file a ticket
UPDATINGThe router is being upgraded
DELETINGThe router is being removed
DELETEDThe router has been completely removed
ERRORThe router is working with an error. To correct the error, file a ticket
