Extend domain

Auto-renewal is enabled by default for each registered domain. A domain in .ru and .rf zones is registered for one year and renewed at the end of the registration period. Payment for the next year is deducted automatically 60 days before the end of the registration period. There must be sufficient funds on the balance for this purpose.

You can turn off auto-renewal and renew your domain manually. If you turned off auto-renewal, you can turn it back on.

If there are insufficient funds on the balance or you have disabled auto-renewal, the domain goes to the status FAILED PAYMENT. You can renew the domain manually while the registration period and the priority renewal period lasts.

Disable auto-renewal

The domain will be assigned to you until the end of the grace period, during which time you can renew the domain manually. At the end of the grace period, the administrator data will be cleared and the domain name will no longer point to the IP addresses bound to it. The domain will be deleted from the control panel.

  1. In the Control Panel, in the top menu, click Products and select Domains.

  2. Open the Active Domains tab.

  3. In the domain row, in the Auto Renew column, turn off the toggle switch.
