Move the zone

The zone can be moved to another project or another account.

To transfer all services to another account, use the [Transfer services to another account] instruction(/control-panel-actions/account/transfer-services.mdx).

  1. In the [control panel](https://my.selectel.ru/dns /) go to DNS → Domain Zones.
  2. Copy the ID of the recipient project to which you want to transfer the zone. To do this, open the projects menu (the name of the current project), click in the recipient project line.
  3. If you are transferring a zone between projects of one account, go to step 4. If you are transferring a zone to a project of another account, log in to the account where the zone is located and in [control panel] (https://my.selectel.ru/dns /) go to DNS → Domain Zones.
  4. Go to the source project where the zone is located. To do this, open the projects menu (the name of the current project) and select the source project.
  5. In the zones menu, select Transfer.
  6. Paste the recipient project ID that you copied in step 2.
  7. Click Transfer.
