Disable load balancer

Last update:
  1. In the Control panel, on the top menu, click Products and select Load Balancer.
  2. In the load balancer menu, select Disable monthly payment.
  3. Confirm the disabling. The load balancer will continue to work until the end of the paid period, and then it will be disabled.
  4. If you want to disable the load balancer before the paid period ends, create a ticket and specify the desired disable date. Money for the remainder of the paid period will not be refunded.
