Disable load balancer

  1. In the control panel, in the top menu, click Products and select Load Balancer.
  2. In the menu of the load balancer, select Disable monthly payment.
  3. Confirm the disabling. The load balancer will continue to work until the end of the paid period, and then it will be disabled.
  4. If you want to disable the load balancer before the end of the paid period, create a ticket and specify the desired disable date. Funds for the remainder of the paid period are not refunded.
