# Disable load balancer

1. In the [Control panel](https://my.selectel.ru/network/load-balancer/), on the top menu, click **Products** and select **Load Balancer**.
2. In the  load balancer menu, select **Disable monthly payment**.<MoreVerticalIcon />
3. Confirm the disabling. The load balancer will continue to work until the end of the paid period, and then it will be disabled.
4. If you want to disable the load balancer before the end of the paid period, [create a ticket](https://slc.tl/3si7l) and specify the desired disabling date. Funds for the remainder of the paid period are non-refundable.
