View mailing statistics

If more than one domain is added to a resource, statistics are displayed without a breakdown by domain.

  1. In the control panel, on the top menu, click Products and select Email Service.

  2. Open the resource page → Statistics tab.

  3. View the available metrics:

    • Total messages processed — the total number of sent emails. All emails are counted, including CC and BCC recipients;
    • Successfully delivered — the number of successfully delivered emails. CC and BCC recipients are not counted;
    • Not delivered — the number of undelivered emails. CC and BCC recipients are not counted.

    If you specify recipients in CC when sending, the number in the Total messages processed field will exceed the sum of successfully delivered and undelivered emails.

  4. Optional: select the period for which you want to view statistics.

  5. Optional: to view detailed mailing statistics for a resource, use the Email Service API. General resource mailing statistics are displayed, without a breakdown by domain.
