Transfer resource

You can transfer a resource to another project or another account.

To transfer all services to another account, use the instructions in Transfer services to another account.

Transfer a resource to another project

  1. In the control panel, in the top menu, click Products and select Email Service.
  2. In the menu of the resource, select Transfer to another project.
  3. Select the project to which you want to transfer the resource.
  4. Click Transfer.

Transfer a resource to another account

To transfer a resource to another account, create a ticket. In the ticket, specify:

  • the resource name or ID, which can be copied in the control panel: in the top menu, click Products → Email Service → in the resource row, click ;
  • the project ID in the account where the resource is located can be copied in the control panel: in the top menu, click Products → Email Service → open the projects menu (name of the current project) → in the project row, click ;
  • Project ID in the account to which you want to transfer the resource.
