Update administrator data

Starting September 1, 2026, domain management will be available after identification via Gosuslugi (ESIA); therefore, the administrator data must match the data on the Gosuslugi portal. Because of this requirement, some administrator data has become outdated.

Domains with outdated administrator data are in the Update data status. The following actions are unavailable for them:

  • registering a new domain;
  • phone verification;
  • changing phone number and email;
  • transferring a domain from Selectel to another registrar.

To make all domain actions available again, check your administrator data and update it.

  1. In the control panel, on the top menu, click Products and select Domains.

  2. Откройте страницу домена, который находится in статусе Актуализировать данные.

  3. In the top right corner of the page, click Update data.

  4. Verify that your current administrator data matches the data on the Gosuslugi portal.

  5. If the administrator data does not match the data on the Gosuslugi portal, update it.

    5.1. Введите контактные данные: страну гражданства, телефон, email.

    5.2. Введите персональные данные:

    • for individuals: full name, date of birth;
    • для ИП: ФИО, дату рождения, ИНН.

    5.3. Выберите тип документа, подтверждающего личность:

    • for residents of the Russian Federation: national passport, international passport, or military ID;
    • for non-residents of the Russian Federation: national passport or ID card.

    5.4. Введите данные документа, подтверждающего личность:

    • for national passport: series, number, issue date, issuing authority code, and issuing authority;
    • for international passport: series, number, issue date, expiration date, and issuing authority;
    • для военного билета: номер, дата выдачи, кем выдан;
    • for ID card: number, issue date, expiration date, and issuing authority.

    5.5. Введите адрес регистрации: почтовый индекс, регион or область, название населенного пункта, район, улицу, дом, строение, корпус and квартиру.

  6. Отметьте чекбокс Соглашаюсь on обработку персональных данных in соответствии with Политикой.

  7. Click Save information.
